I gave up on the socks, it turned out I did the first one completely wrong, so I pulled both of them apart and so now I have no socks and just sock yarn. I’m knitting this basketweave scarf. Easy, no brainwork, just keeping myself occupied while Edda learns to walk and Vince plays computer games.

  1. Oh, that yarn looks familiar! 🙂 I really like how it looks in the basketweave pattern. Your mom is right–if you want to straighten out the used sock yarn, water is the best, although you could also try hanging it in the bathroom with you during your shower…

  2. I really like the yarn 🙂 even though it makes my nose tickle. I’m hoping to eek out a scarf, a hat and a pair of mittens from the 3 skeins, I don’t know if that’s going to happen. I’m going to make a cabled hat for the knitting olympics..

  3. Hello Doris,

    Greetings from your

    Secret pal
