Pretty fancy, dad! Good linking, I think your first in the blog.

You know, when I was running 3 miles a day while I was in Austin, drinking water while I was running always made me feel pretty puky. But you always see those people with the huge hydration packs and the GU gel packs. 3 miles is only 30 minutes though, not very long.
