Book Suggestions.

I'm looking for new book suggestions. Some guidelines.

- I like issues dealing with modern life themes.
- don't want biographies.
- don't want sheer history books.

- Again, I relate a bit better to a modern themed book.
- not really looking for classics, more popular stuff.

Any suggestions?

Eat, Pray, Love by elizabeth gilbert. I just checked it out from the library but Pauli said he liked it. Not sure if that is your cup of tea though.

A Walk in the Woods by Bill Bryson - Hilarious
A short History of Everything by Bill Bryson (Chock full of info but may be easier to lisiten to on CD on a road trip)

Hrm. thanks. I'll have to bookmark this in the future...

Just went to Border's today, and got some books. Yi-Ling, sorry, Eat, Pray, Love seemed a little too hokie for me. :)

Sheila, I've read Kite Runner and loved it. It kept me wanting more.

Current reading list:

Life of Pi
Better (about being a doctor)
I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell <- seemed fun. :)
