That flow chart sounds familiar. It is useful when you have nothing to say but pretending to be the subject expert.
Sad to say, that everything today is a show biz. Absolutely no substance! Remember the old saying “Where is the beef?”
This “show biz” use to be in non-engineering, non-scentific areas. But, now it is creeping in wide and deep. Just too bad.
